We begin our coaching with an in-person visioning and goal setting session.  Your 7 sessions over the 3 months including 1 2-hour in-person session and 5 1-hour phone sessions as well as time spent by your coach in preparation, putting together resources for you, and correspondence as needed.

Without a contract the value of a 3-hour Visioning session is  $750 and a full day Visioning session is $1500 If you add these sessions up without a 3-month commitment the total is $2750 for a savings of $250.00
