Our guest is Susan Miller, Next Octave graduate and Director of Marin Garden Matchmakers. She also won TWC's 'Babe of the Year' award in 2008.

Passionate in spirit and love, Susan would earn "Babe of the Year" anywhere.  A graduate of the Next Octave Women's Leadership Program, Susan allowed her feminine wisdom to guide her discovery of purpose and passion. Dedicated to sustainability, this year Susan launched The Marin Garden Matchmaker ~ www.maringardenmatchmaker.com and is a woman on purpose.

Every day Susan contributes her leadership in her community. She finds landowners who have no time, ability or interest in gardening, and match them with people who love to garden but have no land. The results? Sustainable partnerships for the benefit of all.

 Certified in Eco-Sustainable feng shui, gorgeous choral singer, and social entrepreneur we asked: "How does feminine wisdom guide your business?"

"Women have been, and still are, the food gatherers throughout history. I find it interesting the majority of people who responded to my call for landowners and gardeners, are women.  I see different facets of feminine leadership at work in me, weaving threads together and attracting the right people with ease and grace. I've learned to trust and feel confident even if it appears little is happening."
