SOAR! Scholarship program by SONY and Me Ra Koh
We've watched and supported Me Ra Koh in growing her photography business and blog for several years and we've never been as proud as this moment! She's launching a new Scholarship program for women photographers with Sony. A handful of people from SmugMug, Chopping Block, Taco Lamp, and more, are racing the clock with Me Ra and Brian to bring you SOAR! today. "A few of them have been up ALL NIGHT! Their goal is to go live with the video, website and all the details by 4pm PST (maybe sooner)." Keep an eye on Me Ra's blog!
The Wisdom Connection is providing business coaching for the 3 lucky women! We are so excited that we went overboard with Abundant monthly business coaching and our Igniting the Flame workshop (the date and all the details will be announced soon!) to engage both personal and business levels. Our aim will be to help them take advantage of this life changing opportunity - a year of all the equipment, software, and support that you can imagine! Fay and I will mentor them into their wise feminine leadership. Specifically we'll help them to make a shift into the kind of behaviors and attitudes that generate a thriving business, a fulfilling life, and beautiful photographs.
In addition, we'll be supporting the 3 winners to work as a team, helping each other, learning from each other, growing together in monthly conference calls. As women, our businesses and our lives thrive when we work in concert with other women. It is in this circle of relationship that our fullest self expression is found!
We'll post videos and tips and handouts that we share with the 3 winners so that every woman who is building her own business can take advantage of some of our business coaching as well! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and we'll keep you up to date on everything!
Check back today for the big announcement on www.merakoh.com/blog for all the unfolding developments of the SOAR! Scholarship. We are so excited! This is such a beautiful opportunity for 3 women who want, more than anything, to have a successful photography business.
This is what powerful leadership is all about! Finding what you are passionate about and getting the support and partnership to make it happen. Yay Me Ra!
